Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds are issued through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as personal-use items, clearance products, or custom orders, cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated time frame, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll assist you.
